Je voudrais attirer votre attention sur mes intentions

Lorsque l'on a l'intention d'écrire un courrier ou une note, on doit l'adresser à l'attention de son correspondant : cette formule indique que l'on souhaite attirer son attention ou que l'on requiert toute son attention.



À l'intention de n'est pas une tournure fautive et signifie même « en l'honneur de », « pour que la personne en bénéficie » : « Dimanche dernier, j'ai préparé mon fameux jambon-chips à l'intention de ma belle-mère. »
